Jacksonville Jaguars rookie running back, Travie Etienne, to miss the entire 2021 season due to a Lisfranc fracture dislocation.

This injury can be debilitating, especially in athletes, at it stabilizes the entire medial side of the foot. The Lisfranc ligament, if torn, causes significant pain and instability, warranting surgery.

Recovery from this type of injury is extensive, as it requires a considerable amount of time off of your foot, a gradual return to activity, shoes, and finally back to the field.
